We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our establishments in delivering exceptional customer service and leadership. This role requires a proactive leader who can inspire staff, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure high standards of service and quality are maintained. Train, mentor, and develop staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance. Manage inventory, ordering. Implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction levels. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment. Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting processes.
