We are seeking a driven, professional Assistant Manager to help support the daily operations and uphold the excellence our brand is known for.
Position Summary:
The Assistant Manager will lead front-of-house staff and back of the house staff to ensure smooth daily operations, and uphold our high standards in guest service, team accountability, and brand culture. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring all shifts run smoothly
- Lead and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff with a guest-first mindset
- Handle guest concerns and service recovery in a professional and proactive manner
- Assist with employee training, coaching, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Support inventory tracking, vendor deliveries, and supply organization
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards
- Participate in team meetings, service training, and promotional planning
- Help enforce company policies and maintain a positive team culture
Requirements:
- -2+ years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role (restaurant or hospitality industry)
- -Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- -Strong problem-solving ability and calm under pressure
- -Knowledge of POS systems, restaurant operations, and food/beverage service
- -Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- -Commitment to hospitality excellence and team development
