Catering Manager BBQ Pit Catering Company Hackettstown, NJ 07840 Help Wanted Lead Bbq Catering Manager The ideal candidate must have a background in food service, catering, and/or cooking. As the Catering Manager you will book, and coordinate all evenr, hire stsff, , pack vans and Work evenrs if needed, you will travel from our location in Hackettstown, NJ to the event venue with a crew and set up cooking and serving stations. Food will be prepared and served on site. Typical menus include bbq chicken, bbq ribs, burgers, dogs. More upscale events may include seafood, steak etc.
