Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership :
Ensure location is fully operational and ready to deliver outstanding service. Lead your team in executing efficient opening and closing procedures while maintaining high operational standards.
Team Development :
Foster a culture of engagement and motivation among staff. You will hire, train, and mentor team members, helping them excel in their roles and advance in their careers.
Financial Stewardship :
Take charge of P&L management, leveraging financial data to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies that enhance profitability while controlling costs.
Inventory Management :
Oversee product availability and inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering and effective stock management. Educate your team on best practices to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Brand Ambassadorship :
Uphold and promote HMSHost and Starbuck’s standards, ensuring that all associates are well-trained and aligned with our commitment to excellence.
Safety and Compliance :
Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations, training staff on best practices to ensure a safe environment for both employees and customers.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing QSR or similar restaurant operations with sales up to $5M. A minimum of 3 years in P&L management, with 5-7 years total in restaurant operations. Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Familiarity with HMSHost or Starbucks policies is a plus, but we welcome quick learners with relevant experience. Why Join HMSHost?
