POSITION SUMMARY

We’re hiring a Assistant General Manager to join the heartbeat of our front-of-house team at our Allentown location. This role is perfect for someone who leads with integrity, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows that great hospitality is built on consistency, presence, and teamwork. You’ll support the General Manager while owning day-to-day FOH operations across our dining room, bar, patio, and takeout .

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Leadership & Service Execution Run the floor with a hands-on presence during peak service hours Lead by example—bus, greet, host, serve, support. You’re not above any task Set the tone for WOW service through coaching and active feedback Resolve guest issues with professionalism and positivity Support recruiting, onboarding, and training for FOH staff Team Operations & Scheduling Assist with FOH scheduling to ensure proper coverage and shift balance Provide support and backup across all FOH roles (bar, server, host, takeout) Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready FOH environment Support inventory and supply/bar/vendor relationships as needed Admin & Accountability Execute opening/closing procedures and shift reports Support POS operations (Toast), timecard edits, and sales reporting Uphold sanitary standards and health code compliance Contribute to cross-department communication (kitchen, catering, food truck)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years in restaurant management or lead FOH role Strong service instincts and floor presence—you love the hustle Experience with Toast POS, Google Suite, and Slack a plus Clear communicator and team motivator Availability for nights and weekends (late PM up to 12am required) Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods Must be authorized to work in the
