MANAGEMENT POSITIONS

Specialty Coffee Establishment We are seeking qualified candidates for multiple management positions . Due to the confidential nature of this search, we are looking to build a candidate pool for upcoming opportunities for various managment levels. Position Overview Our management teams oversee the efficient and profitable operation of a high-volume specialty coffee establishment. These hands-on leadership roles require extensive product knowledge, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to maintain high standards across all operational areas including sales performance, staffing management, product quality, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities Operational Management:

Oversee comprehensive café operations including staffing, inventory control, and customer experience Train, supervise, and develop café team members while ensuring policy adherence Handle daily financial operations including deposits and cash management Create staff schedules and optimize labor costs for maximum efficiency Address operational issues, staff incidents, safety concerns, and unusual situations

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service Conduct training programs for new hires and assess station proficiency Participate in performance evaluations and staff development initiatives Ensure comprehensive product knowledge training across all team members Delegate responsibilities and maximize team productivity during all operational periods

Quality & Standards:

Oversee food and beverage preparation to maintain quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards throughout the facility Uphold loss prevention protocols and cash handling procedures Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations Monitor and control operational expenses and labor costs

Business Development:

Develop marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and sales growth Support promotional planning and execution Maintain professional customer relations and resolve complaints effectively Manage vendor relationships and inventory procurement

Required Qualifications Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience Background in food service, customer service, or hospitality management Specialty coffee/espresso bar experience strongly preferred High-volume café experience highly desirable

Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams Proficiency with cash handling and financial procedures Knowledge of food safety and health regulations Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with strong initiative and follow-through

Working Conditions:
