Responsibilities Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures. Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste. Ensure high standards of food handling and kitchen management are maintained at all times. Implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the team.
