Required Years of Experience 3 years Job Details We’re opening a brand-new restaurant in downtown Brooklyn, and we’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, build a strong team culture, and help shape the identity of this exciting new concept from the ground up. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing service, managing staff, driving revenue, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Qualifications:

3-5 years of GM experience in NYC’s top cocktail bars or restaurants
Strong understanding of restaurant and bar operations, labor and cost management, and staff development
A natural leader with exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Guest-focused mindset and passion for hospitality and excellence
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and eager to build something from the ground up
Tech-savvy operator, familiar with Toast, Margin Edge, and Resy platforms
Flexible schedule, including late nights and weekends Restaurant General Manager 

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, including service, staffing, inventory, scheduling, and guest experience
Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive and professional culture
Partner with ownership, Executive Chef, and the Head Bartender on programming, events, and menu development
Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure cost controls
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations
Lead by example during service, engaging with guests, and supporting the team on the floor

Compensation Details Compensation:

Salary ($100,000.00 – $115,000.00)
