We’re looking for someone with hospitality experience who’s organized, dependable, and comfortable leading a team. You don’t need to have previous GM experience—we’re open to training the right person if you’re a strong communicator and genuinely care about creating a positive, smooth-running environment for both staff and guests. This is a tight-knit workplace with an incredible team, lots of regulars, and a strong appreciation for people who show up and take care of others. We believe in treating our staff well and building a bar culture that’s respectful, sustainable, and fun.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing staff and scheduling
• Being available/on-call to support the team
• Ability to cover bartending shifts in emergencies
• Clear and consistent communication with staff and ownership
• Knowledge and understanding of cocktails, beer, wine Additional duties over time (with training and support):
• Managing inventory and placing orders
• Coordinating point-of-sale system needs
• Handling bills, vendor accounts, and basic bookkeeping
• Managing banking tasks
