Located in a historic multi-level brownstone with a rooftop beer garden, this venue is known for its lively game-day atmosphere, approachable American menu, and neighborhood charm. From sports nights to boozy brunches and private events, this is a space that thrives on energy, personality, and seamless execution. ????

ASAP – Interviews underway now???? About the Role This isn’t your average GM position. The ideal candidate is not only operationally strong, but also dynamic, engaging, and ready to bring creativity to the table. You’ll manage day-to-day service, lead a team of FOH and BOH professionals, and report directly to a supportive ownership group. You’ll work closely with the Events Manager and Floor Manager, and partner with a skilled Executive Chef who oversees the culinary programs for two locations. The venue has an established following and strong systems—but there’s a lot of room for fresh programming, events, and strategic revenue growth. ????

What We’re Looking For:

A seasoned NYC General Manager with experience in high-volume operations (bar + food service) A true people-person who can lead, mentor, and energize the team with positivity and accountability Passion for sports and hospitality—our clientele is loyal, fun-loving, and sports-driven Financial and operational acumen: confident in P&L, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and cost control Creative energy and entrepreneurial mindset—someone who can activate new brunch, event, or promotionopportunities Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented leadership style ????

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$90,000-$110,000 (depending on experience)

Bonus Program:

Performance-based, eligible after 1 year

Health Insurance:

50% employer contribution

PTO:

2 weeks per year

Stable Schedule:
