  Restaurant Manager

• Duties:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
• Manage inventory and place orders for supplies as necessary
• Train, supervise, and create work schedules for staff to ensure efficient service
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns effectively
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and increase revenue
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and maintain quality control
• Monitor and uphold proper cash handling procedures
• Create and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability

• Skills:

• Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payments
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Experience in supervising staff in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
• Understanding of kitchen operations in the food industry
• Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a similar role preferred
• Experience in catering is a plus
