Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and quality service. Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Implement company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and the local community. Analyze financial reports to drive profitability and manage budgets effectively. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and growth. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food management. Ability to analyze financial data and make informed business decisions.
