Who We’re Looking For We’re searching for an experienced, energetic, and compassionate Assistant Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and become part of our family. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work side-by-side with our team and furry guests to create a happy, safe, and welcoming environment. What You’ll Do As our Assistant Manager, you’ll help guide and support our team — much like a big sibling would — ensuring our daily operations run smoothly while nurturing our family culture. Your focus will be on providing outstanding care and service to both pet parents and their beloved companions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Supporting the Manager with hiring, training, mentoring, and uplifting our amazing team Managing check-ins, payments, and daily balances with care and accuracy Helping ensure we meet all safety and labor regulations — because keeping our team safe is a top priority Scheduling team shifts to make sure our family is always ready and covered Keeping a watchful eye on our furry guests to ensure their comfort, health, and safety Administering medications with the gentle touch of someone who truly cares Resolving customer concerns with empathy and heart Keeping supplies stocked so everyone has what they need, when they need it Managing reservations and helping pet parents feel confident and cared for Stepping up to lead when the Manager is away — just like family does Being an ambassador for Little Paws of Hope within our community Pitching in wherever needed — because we’re all in this together What You Bring to the

Family:
