Front of House Manager Lucharitos 199 2nd Street, Mineola, NY 11501 Job Summary Lucharitos newest location in Mineola is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Manager that is front of house/service focused to join our team in a fast-paced casual dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all staff members deliver high-quality service while maintaining the standards of food safety and cleanliness. Duties Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service. Supervise and train staff in food handling, cash handling, and bartending procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food production quality and presentation standards. Monitor dining area to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Help manage scheduling and payroll for restaurant staff to optimize labor costs while meeting service demands. Implement promotional activities and assist in menu planning to enhance customer experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage facilities. Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership and communication. Experience Previous experience in food service management or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and culinary techniques. Experience in casual dining settings is a plus. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems. Bartending experience is advantageous but not required. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
