We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to join our team at our renowned restaurants. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the front of house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience.

Duties:

• Manage and lead the front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
• Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met and maintained
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage service
• Supervise daily operations to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Train new staff members on restaurant procedures and service standards
• Utilize Toast POS system for order processing and inventory management
• Handle guest inquiries, comments, and concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting
• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary knowledge, a plus
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
