The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring food safety and quality, and leading a team to achieve business goals in a quick service or fine dining setting. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service. Manage staff training and development, fostering a positive work environment. Oversee inventory control, including ordering and stock management. Handle cash management and POS systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS. Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations. Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new staff members. Develop budgets and manage financial performance to meet operational goals. Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure efficient food production and service delivery. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns promptly. Lead team meetings to motivate staff and communicate operational updates. Experience Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management. Experience with cash handling and POS systems is essential. Familiarity with fine dining, casual dining, or banquet experiences is preferred. Demonstrated ability in team management, leadership, and training & development. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is required.
