This is a hands-on role with a strong presence on the floor during service, working closely with the General Manager to uphold brand standards, motivate the team, and ensure nightly closings are executed with precision. The ideal candidate brings hospitality leadership experience, thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments, and has a passion for service, team culture, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead floor operations during service, maintaining flow, energy, and a high standard of guest hospitality Support the General Manager in executing daily operations and strategic planning Supervise nightly closing procedures including cash handling, tip reporting, and end-of-day reconciliation Oversee team performance and morale, coaching in real time and providing ongoing training and development Assist with inventory oversight, pricing controls, and vendor coordination to maintain product availability Maintain scheduling, reporting, and other administrative responsibilities with accuracy and consistency Act as an operational liaison between front-of-house, bar, kitchen, and hotel teams to ensure seamless service Uphold compliance with health, safety, and company policies at all times Qualifications Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or management role in a high-volume hospitality environment Strong leadership presence with a proactive, guest-first mindset Experience managing floor staff, nightly closings, and shift oversight Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and hold a team accountable Solid understanding of inventory controls and POS/cash management (Toast experience preferred) Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required
