We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. ????

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Manage and train front- and back-of-house staff to maintain high service standards
- Monitor inventory and work with suppliers to ensure quality and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Drive sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
- Handle scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks
- Implement marketing strategies and build local customer engagement ⸻ ✅
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in upscale dining (preferably Japanese cuisine or yakitori)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with NYC restaurant regulations and DOH requirements
- Proficient in POS systems and basic office software
