We are looking for a strong front of house / floor manager to oversee & supervise front of house operations

  • Overview
  • We are seeking a skilled Front of House Manager to oversee our front of house team alongside our service bar operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills to manage a dynamic team.
  • Duties
  • Develop and implement front of house /service bar policies and procedures
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs effectively
  • Train, supervise, and schedule front of house staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room / service bar area
  • Skills
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial management
  • Experience in hospitality, culinary, or food service management
  • Experience or strong interest in Korean cuisine is a plus
  • Strong background in the culinary industry with basic understanding of ingredients & flavors
  • Ability to effectively manage and supervise staff
  • Skilled in interviewing, hiring, training & disciplining employees
