Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations:

Set the tone for personalized service by using guest names, building genuine relationships, and ensuring every table is personally touched.

Team Leadership:

Supervise, guide, and inspire the front-of-house team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Service Oversight:

Partner with the kitchen and service teams to deliver flawless operations and impeccable service.

Problem Solving:

Anticipate guest needs and handle any concerns swiftly and professionally.

Scheduling & Staff Management:

Oversee team schedules, training, and operational needs to maintain optimal efficiency.

Hospitality Standards:

Uphold and enforce the property’s exceptional standards of service, cleanliness, and ambiance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar front-of-house leadership role in a luxury hospitality setting.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and team members.
Strong leadership abilities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Outstanding problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
