Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellence in service and guest satisfaction
• Curate and manage an extensive wine cellar, including procurement, inventory, and storage
• Lead staff training on wine knowledge, service standards, and hospitality best practices
• Provide personalized wine recommendations and tableside service to enhance the guest experience
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop wine pairings and seasonal menus
• Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate wine purchases
• Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
• Represent the property with professionalism and grace in all guest and community interactions

Qualifications:

• Master Sommelier certification (CMS or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and financial acumen
• Impeccable presentation and communication abilities
