What You’ll Do:
As General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the restaurant — balancing strategy, people, and guest experience daily. Lead and develop a top-tier team with a strong sense of purpose and fun Create a guest-first culture through amazing service and hospitality Recruit, train, and mentor team members for high performance and engagement Manage inventory, food quality, labor, scheduling, and P&L to maximize profitability Set and meet weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in line with health and brand standards Champion the Mighty Quinn’s BBQ culture with professionalism, pride, and integrity
Who You Are:
You’re not just running a restaurant — you’re building a team and shaping an experience. You’ve got 2+ years of General Manager experience in restaurant or foodservice A strong leader who motivates, communicates clearly, and holds others accountable Passionate about great food, service, and people Detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a high-paced environment Able to problem-solve and make smart decisions under pressure You take ownership of results, love a challenge, and bring a positive attitude every day Food Handler’s Certification required
Physical Requirements:
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring you to be active on your feet throughout the shift. You’ll need to: Stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly Occasionally bend, climb, or crouch Taste and evaluate food quality Maintain a clean and safe working environment Ready to Lead with Fire and Flavor? Compensation Details Compensation:
Salary ($70,000.00 – $75,000.00)
