Job Details Overview:
The Manager is tasked with overseeing and managing all store operations. They focus their time directing workflow traffic and ensuring that all operational standards are being met at the highest level of excellence.
The Manager understands the importance of staffing (i.e. Hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging) while overseeing financial performance, cleanliness and safety of the store. Managers are responsible for creating and maintaining morale and culture in accordance with Tacos 1986 guiding principles and values.
Summary of Experience Inventory control:
2 years Labor cost control: 2 years
Supervision:
2 Years
Team building: 2 years Experience leading large teams: 2 years Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment: 2 Years
Experience analyzing financial reports: 1 Year
Experience in hiring & training 2 years
Familiar with POS systems 3 years
Scheduling experience 2 years
Servsafe/ Food handling certification required

Ability to handle numerous job duties essential to running a successful restaurant
