• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in restaurant operations.

• Duties:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and motivate staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to meet customer demand.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain quality standards in food preparation.

• Experience:

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry, with knowledge of coffee, food safety, cash handling, kitchen operations, food service management, and customer service.
• Knowledge of the qualities and caratteristics of Wine, certificates and oenology courses required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Experience in food preparation and understanding of culinary techniques.
• Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry practices is a plus.
