This is a unique opportunity to join a passionate, hospitality-driven team committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience through meticulous service and culinary As Restaurant Manager you will oversee a top-tier culinary program rooted in quality, creativity, and seasonal expression. This role demands a combination of leadership, operational expertise, and a strong grasp of cocktail culture. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence in service and execution. Train and mentor a skilled service team and support in house management team. Experience with TOAST or Open table is highly preferred. Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with NYC DOH. Collaborate with ownership and culinary teams on programming and events. Qualifications 4+ years of Restaurant management experience in a high-volume, steak house or american food driven restaurant. Strong leadership and communication skills; thrives in a team-first environment. Sharp attention to detail and ability to manage inventory and a service team. Requirements:
