Required Years of Experience 2 years Job Details Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead the delivery of exceptional culinary and beverage experiences for guests
Foster a positive and collaborative environment, maintaining enthusiasm and celebrating success
Provide hands-on leadership, development, and motivation to ensure high-quality service
Identify areas for improvement in guest satisfaction and support corrective action plans
Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory, and financial performance
Meet and/or exceed financial obligations and profitability through overseeing and actively participating in sales, labor productivity, cost control, and effective purchasing including anticipating revenue/cost problems and managing the timing of discretionary expenditures
Develop strong relationships with vendors and fosters community engagement
Monitor adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives, promoting a respectful, safe, and harassment-free environment Required Experience and Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing a premium food and beverage operation Experience with restaurant openings, hiring, training, and maintaining operational excellence
Knowledge of finance, HR, procurement, and operations Proven conflict resolution and service recovery skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership experience, and interpersonal skills
Familiar with sanitation procedures, as well as standard food and beverage equipment maintenance. (Holds required DOH Qualifying Certificate in Food Protection.)
