The group currently features Soso’s, Chinese Tuxedo, Peachy’s, and The Tyger in its portfolio. We are searching for a dynamic Service Manager who will be a key member of our continuing growth. The successful candidate will help drive a world class, best in category restaurant and bar operation. Inspire and mentor a high performance front of house team. Connect, collaborate and increase productivity with the back of house leadership. Primary responsibilities Maintain the integrity of workplace and team culture Influence team productivity while committing to guest experience excellence Assist in hiring and training of the front of house team Uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff Attend and contribute to weekly leadership meetings with a focus on people development and business growth. Salary range of $70,000 – $75,000 per year plus benefits Opportunities for advancement 15 days paid annual leave inclusive of annual salary. Annual leave is accrued pro rata and can be compensated after completion of a 90-day probationary period.
