What You’ll Do Provide leadership and daily oversight of front-of-house operations including multiple dining halls, a bistro, and catering services. Support a wide variety of venues. Manage and inspire a diverse team of full-time unionized staff, managers/supervisors/office staff, and student employees. Drive customer satisfaction , employee engagement, and financial performance. Uphold Sodexo and client standards for quality, safety, and service excellence. Foster a positive, inclusive, and service-oriented campus dining culture. • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience
• 2 years Minimum Functional Experience
• 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
