Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the bakery, including production, inventory management, and staff supervision. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance skills in food handling and preparation. Collaborate with the catering team to create innovative menu items for special events and promotions. Monitor inventory levels and assist in budgeting to ensure profitability while minimizing waste. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth. Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality of ingredients used in all baked goods. Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance overall satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in a bakery or similar food service environment; experience in catering or restaurant management is a plus. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively. Proficiency in budgeting and inventory management. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers.
