Le Roi Hookah Lounge is looking for an experienced and energetic Manager to join our team and help take our venue to the next level!

Nights, Weekends, Holidays Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the lounge, including bar, hookah service, and staff Hire, train, and supervise staff (servers, bartenders, hookah attendants, security, etc.) Create and manage staff schedules Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally Monitor inventory and place orders for supplies, hookah products, and beverages Collaborate with DJs, promoters, and event planners for successful nightlife events Enforce health, safety, and liquor compliance regulations Maintain a clean, fun, and safe atmosphere at all times
Qualifications:
2+ years of management experience in hospitality, nightlife, or bar/lounge environment Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments Knowledge of hookah service and bar operations preferred Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays) Must be 21+ years old

Train, mentor, and manage staff, including bartenders and kitchen personnel, to enhance their skills and performance. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process of new team members. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that meet customer preferences and seasonal availability. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
