Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance in food handling and customer service. Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food preparation, and quality assurance. Support catering services and coordinate events to ensure seamless execution. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and communication among staff. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, and storage facilities. Experience Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within casual or fine dining environments is preferred. Proficiency in kitchen management practices, including food handling and safety standards. Experience in catering services is a plus. Familiarity with bartending practices is beneficial but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
