Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts to ensure efficient operations. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Oversee food service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care. Collaborate with upper management to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is functional. Prepare shift reports detailing sales, inventory levels, and staffing needs. Experience Previous experience in casual dining or food management is preferred. Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on customer satisfaction.
