• work in a newly renovated, high-energy restaurant Key Responsibilities Develop and implement overall strategy for the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve peak performance Manage financial performance, including controlling costs, achieving sales targets, and reading P&L statements Handle all aspects of staffing, including scheduling, training, and employee development Ensure compliance with all operational policies, health, and safety standards Build positive customer relationships and create a welcoming environment What We’re Looking For Minimum of 4 years of General Manager experience in a restaurant setting (preferably Wendy’s or a similar QSR environment) Strong understanding of food ordering systems and P&L management Proven ability to manage teams, schedule shifts, and train and develop staff Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for leading by example Highly motivated with a drive to help our restaurant thrive Ability to foster a team-oriented culture and support staff growth As a General Manager at Golden Eagle Foods, you will have the chance to lead a dynamic team, contribute to our ongoing success, and enjoy a variety of benefits that support both your professional and personal growth.
