Role:

We’re seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead daily operations at our high-performing quick service restaurant in Bath, NY . This role is ideal for a motivated, hands-on leader with a passion for people, systems, and results. The General Manager will oversee the restaurant’s financial performance, team development, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service and exceptional guest experiences. Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team that delivers operational excellence. Drive key performance indicators, including sales growth, labor cost control, and food cost management. Maintain compliance with company policies, local health codes, and safety regulations. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests. Manage scheduling, inventory, vendor relations, and food orders. Create a positive and collaborative workplace culture focused on accountability and results. Address and resolve guest complaints or service issues professionally and promptly. Report on financial and operational metrics to regional leadership.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager or Store Manager in a QSR or fast-paced food service environment. Proven success managing P&L, labor, and food costs. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with POS and restaurant management systems. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. ServSafe or Food Safety Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
