Floor Manager Shippys 36 Windmill Lane, Southampton, NY 11968 Shippy’s is seeking a passionate, energetic, and experienced Floor Manager to help lead our front-of-house team through an exciting and dynamic season in the heart of Southampton Village . For over 50 years , Shippy’s has been a staple for modern German cuisine and hospitality , serving locals and visitors 7 days a week. This summer, we’re reopening our Biergarten , making it a fun and fast-paced time to join our leadership team! About the Role The Floor Manager plays a central role in daily service execution — leading and supporting servers, bussers, porters, runners, and bartenders while ensuring smooth operations and memorable guest experiences. You’ll be the bridge between the front-of-house staff and the General Manager , who serves as your biggest supporter and partner in upholding our commitment to both guest satisfaction and staff wellbeing .
