Leadership & Team Development:
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team that aligns with RHG’s culture and values. Recruit, onboard, and mentor talent, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver exceptional service. Guest Experience & Brand Representation:
Create a warm, welcoming environment where every guest feels valued and appreciated. Actively engage with guests, resolve issues with professionalism, and ensure consistent delivery of RHG’s hospitality standards. Champion RHG’s brand by maintaining the highest standards in service, ambiance, and product quality.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of all aspects of the guest experience. Collaborate with the management team to optimize scheduling, inventory, and cost controls. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in restaurant processes and systems. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
Financial Performance:
Take ownership of the restaurant’s financial success by managing labor, food costs, and other operating expenses. Review and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Work with the corporate team to set and achieve budgetary goals, aligning with RHG’s overall objectives.
Community Engagement & Marketing:

3+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant General Manager role or 5+ years in a senior management position. Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence in guest service.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 25 pounds. Capable of bending, stooping, standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
