Client Specific:

Financial Industry Salary Position Weekly Pay 401k and full benefit eligible after 90 days 4 weeks of paid time off annually

Work Hours:

10am-6pm Monday-Friday; however, some operational support may require varied work hours to accommodate training, audits, etc. Job Responsibilities General Job duties included but are not limited to the following:

Operational Management Safety :

Help develop and maintain safety programs outlining portfolio specific hazards for security officers to include but not limited to vehicle safety and environmental safety. The Assistant Account Manager will be measured bi-annually regarding safety in the workplace.

Operational Procedures :

Help develop, maintain, and review portfolio specific Operational Procedures and Post Orders. Ensure that all information is portfolio consistent, accurate and up to date so that the security staff will have specific guidelines in which to follow in the event of an emergency or any other type of situation requiring operational guidance.

Training :

Provide portfolio specific On the Job Training (OJT) as required utilizing an approved Training Planner in accordance with site-specific operational procedures, with will be done in coordination with a Training Manager. Facilitate formal Quarterly Re-Training as required by contract. Ensure that all training administered is being documented accordingly. Assist in submitting complete and accurate training documentation.

Uniforms :

Ensure uniform and appearance standards as met as per the client requirements and facilitate any seasonal uniform changeovers in a timely manner. Facilitate and maintain adequate staffing levels, in accordance with a master schedule as designed by the Account Manager. Meet all contracted scheduled hours without compromise. Develop and maintain a back-up pool of personnel to ensure adequate staffing levels.

Standards & Audit Compliance:

Meet or exceed all Regional Portfolio Operational Standards, as dictated.

Equipment Accountability:

Assist with identifying and maintaining all equipment utilized in the portfolio. Assist in developing, implementing and/or maintaining a portfolio specific Equipment Checklist to ensure accountability Monitor and control all assigned equipment. Objectively evaluate in person all respective managers on a bi-annual basis

Off-Hour Inspections:

Facilitate Off-Hour Inspections of each shift as required in accordance with audit standards in a professional manner. Ensure documentation of each inspection thoroughly and help troubleshoot any issues that may be discovered.

Client Communication:

Communicate with the client on a monthly or as needed basis to ensure service satisfaction, if the Account Manager is unavailable. Participate in all client facing meetings as required or requested. The Assistant Account Manager will be responsible all regional account locations 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. The Assistant Account Manager will be assigned a cellular telephone and laptop for the purpose of facilitating 24-hour contact with the assigned account locations as needed. Ensure that all contractually required training is conducted. Develop, implement and maintain up to date Lesson Training Planners for all respective portfolio locations. The Assistant Account Manager’s primary work schedule will be during normal business hours (10a-6p); however, some operational support may require varied work hours to accommodate training, audits, etc. The Assistant Account Manager will be required to produce a monthly management report each and every month identifying key mutually agreed upon metrics to be measured. The Assistant Account Manager will be responsible for collecting all respective data from all respective regional account portfolio locations. The Assistant Account Manager will be required to manage and ensure that security operations is always in operating in full compliance with regard to the mutually agreed upon Quarterly or Semi-Annual Performance Scorecard Ratings All other duties as assigned or required. Qualifications Prior Military, Law Enforcement and/or College education preferred. Minimum of three to five years of proven management experience Well-Motivated Proven customer service skills Ability to work independently and make decisions. Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written Proven leadership and coaching skills General knowledge of business practices through either prior management experience and/or education Valid Driver’s License and a reliable transportation to and from work Must be computer proficient and knowledgeable of all Microsoft Office Products that are used by the client, with a focus on Word and Excel.
