Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Develop and implement budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation. Lead, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance. Conduct interviews for new hires and ensure proper onboarding for all employees. Collaborate with culinary staff to create innovative menu items that align with customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Address customer complaints and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction. Skills Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
