What You’ll Do:
Manage AllFront of House and Kitchen Activities:
Manage, supervise andevaluate Team Member performance through follow-up to ensure propercompletion of assigned tasks and goals and provide feedbackincluding disciplinary action. Focus on the
Food:
Ensure foodquality and standards; maintain recipe adherence and portioncontrol, ensuring compliance with company and food safetyspecifications.
Cost Control:
Optimize food and labor costs tomaximize profitability. Lead and Develop the
Team:
Recruit, train,and communicate with team of Food Travel Experts. Develop, plan andassign daily goals, tasks and Team Member assignments. Implementand maintain guest service standards and brand specificationsfostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Systemsand Processes:
Maintains adherence to all company policies andprocedures, as well as state health/sanitation standards.
Merchandising and Displays:
Maintain all merchandising standards,display presentations and signing standards and monitor inventorylevels.
Office Management:
Handle tasks such as management of fundsand media, receiving, inventory, purchasing, team member schedulingand payroll.
Forecasting and Budgeting:
Assist in monitoring salesperformance through the analysis of sales reports and comparisonshopping.
What We’re Looking For:
Educational Background:
HighSchool Diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalentcoursework preferred.
Experience & Technical Training:
Minimum 4years restaurant management experience in a General Manager rolerequired. Full-Service Restaurant with Bar General Managementexperience required. Culinary background is desirable.
OtherTechnical Skills:
Proficient level of computer literacy, includingMS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and Point-of-Sale(POS) systems. Effective organizational maturity to prioritizedaily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities.
Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, unionrepresentatives, and diverse hourly team members. Proven trackrecord of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients,customers, peers and direct reports. Why Join Us?
