This position requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating service, and maintaining high standards in food service management. Responsibilities Supervise and train front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to ensure excellent service delivery. Manage daily operations of the front of house, including scheduling shifts and assigning duties. Oversee the bar and banquet services to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and ensure timely service. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain inventory levels for bar supplies and assist in ordering as necessary. Implement and uphold company policies and procedures related to food management. Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient order processing and reporting. Skills Proven experience in hotel or food service management is preferred. Strong background as an assistant manager or in a supervisory role within the food industry. Knowledge of bar operations and banquet service protocols. Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
