Summary We are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team at The Manfredi Companies. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and quality standards are met. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence in hospitality within the temperature-controlled food sector. Responsibilities Manage and lead the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding service. Oversee inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels. Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance skills and service quality. Monitor credit/debit handling procedures to maintain financial integrity. Plan and coordinate onsite meetings Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food production areas. Requirements Proven experience in food and beverage management or hospitality management. Strong team management skills with a focus on employee development. Excellent inventory control knowledge and organizational skills. Ability to handle credit/debit effectively with attention to detail. Knowledge of food production processes is essential.
