The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of hospitality management, with the ability to create an inviting atmosphere for guests. You will be responsible for managing bar staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that all beverages are prepared to the highest standards. Duties Lead and manage the bar team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service. Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels. Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills in beverage preparation and customer service. Handle cash management, including processing transactions accurately and maintaining financial records. Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure seamless service during banquets and special events. Create innovative cocktail menus and maintain quality standards for all beverages served. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members. Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance guest experiences. Requirements Proven experience in bar management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Knowledge of inventory control processes and cash handling procedures. Experience in banquet service and food production is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for coffee and beverage trends is a plus.
