The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management and food production, ensuring that our establishment runs smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage staff effectively, develop training programs, and maintain high standards of food safety and preparation. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity within the establishment. Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to foster a positive work environment. Implement and enforce food safety standards in compliance with health regulations. Coordinate food preparation processes to maintain quality and consistency in menu offerings. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures. Develop marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers. Qualifications Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food production processes and food safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in training development and staff management is essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required.
