Sterrettania Road, Fairview, PA 16415 Job Overview We are seeking A Bar Manager who is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of a bar, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service. They oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and work to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Staff Management:
Supervise, train, and schedule bar staff (bartenders, barbacks, etc.), ensuring proper training and adherence to procedures.
Inventory Management:
Maintain and manage inventory levels, order and restock supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling.
Financial Management:
Manage budgets, track sales and costs, and analyze profitability of different drinks and products.
Customer Service:
Address customer complaints, ensure a positive atmosphere, and promote a welcoming environment.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to alcohol service, health and safety, and licensing.
Operational Efficiency:
Implement and maintain systems for smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, quality control, and safety protocols.
Marketing and Promotion:
Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns to increase bar revenue.
Quality Control:
Ensure consistent quality in drink preparation, food service, and overall customer experience.
