Role:

This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations of both our artisan deli counter and our casual bistro dining space—ensuring top-tier food, smooth service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the Lombardo’s standard.

What You’ll Do:

Lead front- and back-of-house operations during daytime service Hire, train, and manage a dynamic team of staff Oversee prep, presentation, and quality of all deli and bistro offerings Handle ordering, inventory, scheduling, and vendor relations Collaborate on menu innovation and seasonal specials Monitor sales and labor goals, ensuring a profitable, guest-centered business Maintain health and safety standards at the highest level Champion the guest experience with genuine hospitality and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of restaurant or deli management experience A love for food, service, and creating memorable guest experiences Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with inventory systems, labor scheduling, and POS platforms Ability to multitask and adapt in a growing concept ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Us? $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
