Duties Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance. Oversee inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both employees and guests. Develop and implement catering services that meet customer needs and enhance revenue opportunities. Foster a positive work culture by providing leadership, training, and development opportunities for staff members. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production that meets guest expectations. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on customer insights to enhance the overall dining experience. Manage scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks related to restaurant operations. Experience Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food handling practices, food safety regulations, and catering operations. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Experience in inventory control processes and cost management within a food service environment. Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and vendors.
