General Manager Position Available In Lehigh, Pennsylvania

General Manager Wild Bill’s Soda Allentown, PA 18101 Wild Bill’s Craft Beverage Co. is a fast-growing, veteran-owned brand known for bold flavors, nostalgia-packed experiences, and our legendary live event presence across the U.S. We’re looking for gritty, self-starting General Managers to lead and grow our event operations in key markets. This isn’t a desk job—it’s a hands-on, truck-pulling, tent-pitching, soda-slinging leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to build something meaningful.

What You’ll Do:

Own the entire event lifecycle—from applying to events and pulling permits to physical setup, service, and breakdown Manage logistics, product inventory, and local staffing (you’ll lead from the front, not the sidelines) Ensure flawless execution at each event—our booth is often the busiest on-site Coordinate with HQ on forecasting, shipping, equipment needs, and revenue targets Handle permits, licenses, and compliance for local and state events Oversee brand experience—from crew uniforms to mug refills to customer vibes Track expenses and event P&Ls to make sure each event runs profitably Be the face of the brand in your region and grow local presence

What You Bring:

3+ years of experience in live event operations, concessions, or hospitality Strong mechanical and logistical chops—you can drive a truck/trailer, fix basic issues, and think on your feet Experience managing teams and schedules (even if part-time/seasonal) Bonus points if you’re a veteran, former franchisee, or have food & beverage or mobile vending experience Willingness to hustle on weekends, travel regionally, and do what it takes to make events successful Passion for people, storytelling, customer service, and flavor
