This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced restaurant professional to serve as the 2nd in command under the General Manager, playing a key leadership role in daily operations and supporting the growth of our expanding company, including a franchising launch in 2025 .

Position Overview:

As the Associate Manager , you will: Supervise the restaurant around the General Manager’s days/time off, ensuring smooth operations. Have a full grasp of all stations, roles, and duties , including kitchen prep, food stations, customer service, and managerial responsibilities. Spend much of your time working in a food station, expediting orders, or engaging in customer service . Assist with administrative tasks , including inventory management, ordering, scheduling, and labor management. Build and maintain team morale while contributing to the positive work culture.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting hourly rate leading to a base salary with tenure and growth. Performance pay and bonuses based on labor efficiency and service quality. Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will: Have 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in the restaurant industry (upper management experience preferred). Demonstrate the ability to gain the respect of peers and lead by example . Show appreciation and respect for team members, holding them accountable while fostering a positive, productive environment. Be growth-minded and excited about advancing up the corporate ladder . Possess strong organizational skills , excellent communication , and a team-first mentality .

Growth Opportunities:
