Role:

The Bar Manager at Middle Child will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional beverage experience for our guests. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of bar operations, ensuring that our offerings meet the highest standards of quality and service. The Bar Manager will lead a team of bartenders and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and excellence. Additionally, this role involves managing inventory, controlling costs, and developing innovative drink menus that align with our brand’s vision. Ultimately, the Bar Manager will contribute to the overall success of the establishment by enhancing customer satisfaction and driving profitability.

Minimum Qualifications:

Proven experience in bar management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology, and food service operations. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in bartending or mixology from a recognized institution. Experience with menu development and cost control strategies. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. Develop and implement creative drink menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
