• relaxed cocktails, comfort, and community Each concept has its own unique vibe, but they all share a commitment to thoughtful hospitality and creating places people love to be.

With new openings on the horizon, we’re looking for a General Manager to lead one of our concepts and help us continue to grow.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations with a hands-on, service-minded approach Cultivate and maintain a positive, guest-focused team culture Hire, train, schedule, and mentor FOH and BOH team members Monitor and manage financial performance (labor, COGS, P&L) Collaborate with ownership and other managers on strategy and events Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a General Manager, or 5+ years in a senior restaurant leadership role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage a high-volume environment with grace and efficiency Experience with scheduling, inventory, POS systems, and basic restaurant financials A passion for hospitality and a desire to lead by example ServSafe certification preferred but not required
